Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA) at the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (QCCI) organizes at QCCI headquarters on Sunday a course on International Commercial Arbitration.
A number of lawyers, legal consultants and advisers, engineers, experts along with employees at trade, banking and insurance sector, will take part in the program which will include a theoretical scientific side and practical issues aimed at the rehabilitation of the arbitrators.
The four-day program will discuss commercial arbitration and its legal nature, the course of the arbitration and hearings process and the arbitral process applications.
The QICCA has been established in 2006 by virtue of a resolution of the Qatar Chamber‘s Board of Directors to create an efficient and swift mechanism to settle disputes between Qatari enterprises or between national companies and their foreign counterparts.
