QC’s general assembly meeting on 19th March

Qatar Chamber (QC) is slated to hold its general assembly meeting on Sunday 19th  March at its headquarter amid expectations that it will be postponed to April 4 for the lack of required quorum of members who are eligible to vote.
Discussions between Qatari businessmen and the Chamber’s Board of Directors are expected to be held on the sidelines of the second meeting to touch on issues and concerns of the Qatari private sector. The attendees will look into ways to overcome those obstacles, and will review the accomplishments and activities the Chamber had achieved during the past year.
HE Chairman of Qatar Chamber Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim Al-Thani will chair the meeting in attendance of all board member. He will brief the businessmen and members of the general assembly on the  future plans of the Chamber.

The agenda of the meeting will discuss the Chamber’s fiscal report for the year ending 31/12/2016 and a new auditor for the 2017 financial year will be approved.

HE the Chairman underlined that the second meeting will be held on Thursday, April 4, regardless of the number of attendees.
