Qatar Chamber (QC) has honoured some of its expatriate employees on the occasion of the conclusion of their employment.
QC general manager Saleh Hamad al-Sharqi thanked the employees for their commendable efforts during their tenure with QC and wished them further success for the future.
“You were a typical example of cooperation and dedication”, he added.
He also stressed that QC is committed to hire more Qatari young people, in particular women, within its various departments, to promote the employment of highly qualified Qataris and to encourage them to adopt successful careers. He also stressed that QC will continue its training efforts to develop the skills of its employees and improve their performance.
He stressed that one of the most important goals of QC is to enable Qataris with efficiency and commitment to help achieve the vision of the institution. Sharqi said the strategy of QC focuses on youth and women and the development of their skills through training in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.
“QC gives great importance to women and support them, both in the business community and the labour market. The new appointments took into account this aspect and included a number of women cadres believing the importance of the role played by women in society,” he added.
