Qatar Chamber held two separate meetings with business delegations from Ethiopia and New Zealand respectively, where both of the meetings reviewed the prospects of trade and economic cooperation between the private sectors.
The meeting with the Ethiopian delegation witnessed visual presentations that highlighted the investment opportunities available in Ethiopia within a large number of sectors, especially industry, tourism, agriculture, and others.
The Qatari businessmen were also introduced to the opportunities offered by the New Zealand companies for cooperation in promising investment fields in the country, including agriculture, technology, and others.
Qatar Chamber Assistant Director-General for Government Relations and Committee Affairs Ali bu Sherbak al Mansouri said both meetings were attended by several businesspersons to explore cooperation opportunities and establish bilateral projects.
Mansouri emphasised that the companies that wish to enter the Qatari market have promising and important opportunities, noting that it is useful for Qatari businesspersons to enter with external partners in implementing projects in all sectors, especially in the infrastructure and technology sectors.
