Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic Kojoshev Arzybek praised the development achieved by Qatar in all fields especially in economy and trade.During the meeting with Vice Chairman of Qatar Chamber (QC) Mohamed bin Ahmed bin Tawar, with the Kyrgyz minister and the accompanying delegation, they discussed the ways to strengthen communication and cooperation between Qatari and Kyrgyz businessmen.
The minister said that Kyrgyzstan welcomes Qatari businessmen hoping to attract more investments, by improving the current investment environment through granting incentives to contribute to widen the market and improve access procedures.
Bin Tawar supported holding a larger forum between businessmen from both countries where Kyrgyz products may be exhibited as an introduction to its market and work as an opportunity to discuss investments and potential businesses.
QC looks forward to providing cooperation fields between the Qatari and Kyrgyz communities, as both of them share a rich history together, highlighting the chambers willingness to introduce Qatari businessmen to the investment opportunities and products that will be exhibited on the sidelines of the meeting, he added.
He said that Qatar is currently interested in the important field of food security, facilitating benefits to encourage investments in the field. QC has signed a memorandum of understanding with Kyrgyzstan chamber in 2015. (QNA)
