Qatar Chamber (QC) vice-chairman Mohamed Ahmed bin Tuwar received today a delegation from the Canadian Parliament at the QC headquarters in Doha, where they discussed ways of boosting economic cooperation between the two countries and explored the potential for establishing more active business partnerships between Qatari businesspersons and their Canadian counterparts.
The meeting also discussed the preparations for “Invest in Canada Forum” scheduled to be held in March in Doha to introduce the business community in Qatar to the investment environment in Canada. A number of QC board members attended the meeting, alongside the Canadian Ambassador to Doha, Adrian Norfolk.
