| المستندات المطلوبة للإنتساب بالغرفة |
| 1- تعبئة هذة الإستمارة والتوقيع عليها وختمها. |
| 2- توقيع صاحب السجل على هذا الطلب وبطاقة المخولين بالتوقيع وختمها. |
| 3- توقيع الأشخاص المفوضون على بطاقة المخولين بالتوقيع. |
| 4- إحضار صور البطاقات الشخصية لصاحب السجل والأشخاص المفوضين بالتوقيع لمطابقة التوقيع. |
| 5- إرفاق أصل السجل التجارى "للأطلاع" وصورة منة. |
| 6- ذكر الفروع والنشاط بالتفصيل. |
| 7- كتابة أسم الشركة أوالمؤسسة وكذلك الفروع باللغة الإنجليزية. |
| 8- مراعاة تجديد الأشتراك فى نهاية الموعد المحدد بشهادة العضوية وإيصال سداد الرسوم. |
| The Documents whish are nedded for the New Membership |
| 1- Filling, signing and stamping this form. |
| 2- Signatuer of the C.R.Proprietor on the authorized signatuer Card stampng it. |
| 3- Singatuer of authorized singatories on the authorized signatuer card and stamping it. |
| 4- Provide the ID's copies of C.R Proprietor and authorized singatories for the purpose of signatuer conformity. |
| 5- Provide the original of the commerical Registration "for perusal" and a copy of it. |
| 6- State the branches activities im details. |
| 7- Writing down the name of company or establishment and branches in english too. |
| 8- Please be advised to renew membership at the end of validaty date of the membership Certifcate and subscription fees receipt. |
